Nobody reviews the medicine. Everyone reviews the wait.

Your patients register at the counter and get their number, same as today. NowServing shows your live queue number on every waiting patient's phone. They wait at home. Your room stays calm. Your staff stop answering the same question.

For the doctor

You know the sound of a full waiting room on a Monday evening. Coughing children, a grandmother standing because the chairs ran out, someone at the counter asking when it will be their turn. None of that is medicine, and all of it lands on your name. NowServing empties the room without changing how you run the clinic. Patients stop judging you on the wait and start noticing that your clinic runs well.

For the counter

Every "how many more ah?" is a minute taken from registration, dispensing and payment. On a busy night that is dozens of interruptions and a phone that never stops. With NowServing your staff tap one button each time they call a patient. The number goes to every phone that is waiting. The question stops coming, because the answer is already in the patient's hand.

For the patient, which is what they will say about you

Bring the sick child in when it is nearly time, not an hour early. Wait in the car, at the kopitiam, or on the sofa. Come back when the number says so. This is the part patients tell their neighbours about.

How it works

1. Register as now

The patient gets a number at the counter, exactly as today. Paper ticket, your existing system such as Plato, nothing changes.

2. Leave and watch

They scan the QR on your counter and see the live number on any phone. No app to install, nothing to sign up for.

3. Return a few numbers early

Their phone tells them when to head back. They walk in, get called, get seen.

Built for how a Singapore GP clinic actually runs

No new system. No integration. No app for patients. Nothing for staff to type. Whatever you use to run the clinic today stays untouched. NowServing is one extra button on a spare phone at the counter. Set up before your session starts.

Questions clinics ask

Do patients need to download anything? No. They scan the QR on your counter or tap a link and see the live number in their browser.

Does it replace our clinic system? No, and it does not touch it. Plato, Clinic Assist or a paper ticket roll all carry on as before. NowServing only shows the current number to the people waiting.

What if staff forget to tap? Patients see "Updated 12 minutes ago", so they know how fresh the number is. Most counters find the habit sticks within a session, because the phone stops ringing the moment they start.

What if a patient misses their number? The patient page tells them plainly: be in the clinic a few numbers early, and if your number is called while you are away, you take a new one. Your rule, stated for you, before they leave.

How much is it? S$49 a month, with the first 14 days free. That is less than one hour of a locum. Cancel any time from the link in your invoice email.

How do we pay? By card, monthly, through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy. A tax invoice arrives by email each month.
